Learning Impact Europe Conference 2025 will be held at TU Delft, 23-24 September

 

DELFT, Netherlands, 14 August 2025 — Finding innovative technical solutions that enable collaboration among educational institutions, while respecting each institution’s unique autonomy, will be a central theme at this year’s Learning Impact Europe Conference, which will take place at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) from 23 to 24 September 2025, with pre-conference activities on 22 September.

1EdTech® Consortium’s premier European event is hosted in partnership with TU Delft, and SURF, the IT cooperative of Dutch education and research institutions.

The conference will convene primary, secondary, and postsecondary leaders alongside edtech providers to collaborate on practical solutions to common challenges and opportunities facing education.

The event serves as a forum for advancing an open, inclusive, and collaborative digital ecosystem that supports all learners through innovation, partnership, and evidence-based technology implementation.

Featured Speakers

  • Barbara Wasson, Director of the AI Centre for the Empowerment of Human Learning at the University of Bergen and member of the Council of Europe’s expert group on AI, will discuss the implications of a future where intelligence is “hybrid,” combining the strengths of humans and AI.
     
  • Rens van der Vorst, a techno-philosopher at Fontys University, will bring his own brand of techno-philosophy to challenge us to reflect on our relationship with technology and the value it brings to education.
