The individual processing this form hereby acknowledges that the 1EdTech Member or Invited Participant organization designated has elected to gain access to the 1EdTech Private Github Repository and that they are serving as the representative of the organization with respect to the 1EdTech IPR Policy.
The 1EdTech Member or Invited Participant organization understands the requirement to sign and complete the 1EdTech Intellectual Property Rights Election form (Appendix B of the IPR Policy) at the earlier of the Internal Draft stage and/or 6 months after the group has been chartered, and will abide by all rules of the IPR Policy which is posted at the following web page: https://www.1edtech.org/sites/default/files/media/docs/2025/imsipr_policyFinal2025Final.pdf
Documents, Code/APIs and materials posted in 1EdTech Private Repositories on Github may be made available for the purposes of 1EdTech Contributing and Affiliate Members only and should not be distributed outside of the Project group or 1EdTech Membership without the express written consent of 1EdTech. Provision of any work documents, code/APIs, etc. outside of the project group/ task force will revoke all privileges and terminate membership. Any documents provided to non-participants will be done by 1EdTech only on the 1EdTech public website when the documents become publicly available.
All resources of the Github Repository including web pages, code/apis, documents, and any other records of discussions used for sharing project materials/work/communications, must be located only on facilities designated by 1EdTech. Individuals and Project Groups may not conduct official 1EdTech business or technical discussions, store documents (except for personal use), or host web pages on servers or systems not designated by 1EdTech.
Github Access: • Participants are solely responsible for the content of their posts. • Posting of technical material to the forum or github repositories, in appropriate circumstances, will be deemed a contribution to that Project Group under the 1EdTech IPR Policy. 1EdTech members and participants are responsible for their contributions under the terms described in that policy. • Access to and use of materials including 1EdTech code/api in no way signifies 1EdTech conformance certification.
