Trusted portable learning context is an emerging set of principles for giving AI-enabled tools the relevant, authorized information they need to support a learner in a particular situation.
The 1EdTech community is exploring principles to help institutions and technology providers make these exchanges purposeful, privacy-conscious, and interoperable across different systems.
The aim is not to make all learner information available to every tool. It is to help ensure that the right information can move securely to the right tool, for an approved purpose, at the moment it is needed.
To get this right, we need the entire community involved.
